The direction is “True North”.Chamara De Silva is venturing on a new journey with “True North” to inculcate true leadership qualities in the next generation by aspiring to create a force of formidable leaders.
True North is your orienting point. Your fixed point in a spinning world that helps you stay on track as a leader. It is derived from your most deeply held beliefs, values, and the principles you lead by. It is your internal compass, unique to you, representing who you are at your deepest level. To become an authentic leader as Chamara, you have to discover your True North and stay on its course throughout your life. As you do so, you will be prepared to lead in this new era.
True North will deliver coaching (Strength Based Coaching - Gallup USA) in areas such as Life Coaching and Performance Coaching by recognizing the innate talents and thereby converting strengths to have consistent performance in to managing weaknesses. Assist teams to perform better by knowing each other’s individual talents and utilizing them effectively.
The methodologies to be followed will be One on One and Team Based.
Process Excellence and Leadership Development Training will take forefront in True North’s path to success.
