THEME Better Performance: Better Life    – (2B’s) – Using GALLUP Strength assessment
DURATION 5 Months

Per month, 2 sessions ,Every other week (one hour /employee)Total 10 sessions for one employee- for 10 Weeks

SERVICES OFFERED
  • Creation of profiles for each employee which will help the employee to use continually for the improvement of performance/Life
  • Follow up(Every other week) with what’s agreed to do
  • Daily/weekly/ communications, (Articles, videos, Research papers) – Knowledge building ,sharing ideas
  • Tracking mechanism of performance improvements ,specially Behaviour improvements to overcome challenges/Habits creations
COACHING SCOPE
  • Setting Life goals & Carrier goals to establish the profile through one on one discussion
  • Getting the employee familiar with the relevant Dominant talents and the lessor talents which is the base for Strength based performance
  • Identify the most used Dominant talents in the past resulted  for his/her success by recalling past performance
  • Knowledge building of talent themes ,theme combinations which can be used to enhance the specific talents he/she has
  • Identification of the soft skills gaps and to come up with improvement plan
  • Knowledge building on 4 Domains(thinking/planning, Relationship Building, Influencing and execution)
  • coaching on above 4 domains based on the dominant talents he/she got to Maximise performance
  • Identify the dominant talents by which he/she can manage the weaker latent so that the impact on weaknesses can be minimised
  • Creating self-discipline through check and adjust by agreeing with the participant by showing the benefit of each move
  • Motivate, encourage with all minor improvements being with the cochee, which will lead to drive major improvements in his/her behaviours

  • Coaching on reflecting /art of thinking ,Mirror effect, and other positive psychology techniques with Neuro linguistic programming contents
